Assisted Pull Up Machine

Assisted Dips Machine

Leg Press machine

Chest Press Machine

Shoulder Press Machine

Seated Leg Curl Machine

Swiss Ball Crunches

3 sets of 12 reps each

Always add some stretching in after training with weights.
