I've always been passionate about health but when I turned 44 my life was turned upside down.

I was diagnosed with several autoimmune illnesses Hashimotos, Hypothyroidism and Type 1 Diabetes and, recently Celiac and Psoriasis. It forced me to re-evaluate my lifestyle.

Now, not only am I happy to be helping people become confident in their bodies, but it's the best feeling in the world knowing I'm helping them move from dis-ease to wellness.

I live for those kinds of transformations.
