FAQ's
1. I'm new to exercise. Will I be able to keep up?
Absolutely. Many of our members are either new to exercise or returning after years away. Every session can be modified to suit your current fitness level, injuries or health conditions, so you can train at your own pace while building confidence and strength.
2. Do you only work with women over 40?
While we welcome adult women of all ages, StudioHR specialises in helping women aged 40 and over. Our coaching is designed around the unique challenges women face during perimenopause, menopause and beyond, including weight gain, changing hormones, reduced strength and declining confidence.
3. I have an injury or health condition. Can I still train?
In many cases, yes. We regularly work with women managing injuries, joint replacements, back pain, arthritis, thyroid conditions, Type 1 diabetes and other health concerns. Every programme is tailored to your individual needs, and where appropriate, we'll work alongside your healthcare provider to help you achieve your goals safely.
4. Do I need to be fit before I join?
Not at all. That's what we're here for. Whether you're starting from scratch or getting back into exercise after a long break, we'll meet you where you're at and help you progress at a pace that's right for you.
5. What makes StudioHR different from a regular gym?
StudioHR is a private boutique studio created specifically for women. We combine evidence-based fitness and nutrition coaching with small class sizes, personalised support and a welcoming community where you'll never feel like just another number.
6. How do I get started?
The easiest way to start is by booking a free 15-minute Getting Started Call. We'll chat about your goals, answer any questions and recommend the best option for you, whether that's Personal Training, Small Group Classes, Nutrition Coaching or Online Coaching.
