As a Clinical Nutritionist and experienced Personal Trainer, I am able to offer you the ultimate combination of Nutrition and Exercise, 100% tailored to your needs and abilities, guiding you to good health
The Clinical Nutrition Strategy is a comprehensive, personalised assessment that goes far beyond a standard meal plan. It’s designed to give you clarity, structure, and practical tools to make lasting progress.

Based on a detailed questionnaire, your most recent blood tests, and a 7-day food diary. -
Tailored recommendations
You’ll receive a customised report that covers:-

Ongoing support

To help you put the plan into action, you’ll also receive 2 x 15-minute check-ins at fortnightly intervals, where we review your progress and make any adjustments needed
