As a Clinical Nutritionist and experienced Personal Trainer, I am able to offer you the ultimate combination of Nutrition and Exercise, 100% tailored to your needs and abilities, guiding you to  good health

The Clinical Nutrition Strategy is a comprehensive, personalised assessment that goes far beyond a standard meal plan. It’s designed to give you clarity, structure, and practical tools to make lasting progress.

Here’s what it includes:

  • In-depth analysis of your current health and nutrition
    Based on a detailed questionnaire, your most recent blood tests, and a 7-day food diary.

  • Tailored recommendations
    You’ll receive a customised report that covers:

    • A sample meal plan aligned with your goals

    • Key foods to include and/or avoid for your health needs

    • Personalised macronutrient targets (protein, carbs, fat)

    • Supplement suggestions (if needed)

    • Exercise prescription to support your nutrition goals

    • Lifestyle recommendations to help improve energy, sleep, stress, and overall wellbeing

  • A full 60-minute consultation
    Once the report is ready, we’ll sit down together to discuss it in detail. I’ll explain what it means, answer your questions, and make sure the recommendations fit your lifestyle

  • Ongoing support

  • To help you put the plan into action, you’ll also receive 2 x 15-minute check-ins at fortnightly intervals, where we review your progress and make any adjustments needed

The goal isn’t just short-term change, it’s to give you the knowledge and tools to confidently manage your nutrition and lifestyle long-term.
